01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FRAGWAY CS2 PUGS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of the Service, including players, team organisers, and staff members. Continued use of the Service after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
02 Description of Service
FRAGWAY CS2 PUGS is a CS2 match management platform hosted at cs2.fragway.net and operated by Fragway Network. The Service provides:
- Organised CS2 competitive match hosting on dedicated game servers
- ELO-based matchmaking queue (EU and UK regions)
- Team creation and player management tools (available to all registered players)
- Tournament brackets and scheduling
- Player statistics, ELO ratings, and leaderboards
- Match demo recording and storage
- Automated stat anomaly detection for fair play enforcement (flags only — no automatic bans)
- A support ticket system for disputes and reports
The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
03 Accounts & Authentication
Access to the Service requires authentication via Steam OpenID. By logging in, you authorise us to read your public Steam profile information, including your Steam ID, display name, and avatar.
We do not store your Steam password. Authentication is handled entirely through Valve's Steam platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
04 User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Cheat, use aimbots, wallhacks, macros, or any unauthorised software that alters gameplay
- Abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate other players or staff
- Use discriminatory, racist, or otherwise offensive language in match chat, team names, or player names
- Intentionally abandon or sabotage matches (griefing)
- Manipulate match outcomes, ELO, or statistics through collusion or match-fixing
- Impersonate other players, staff members, or Fragway Network
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform or game servers
- Create multiple accounts to evade bans or penalties
The platform uses automated stat anomaly detection to flag unusual performance for staff review. This system does not issue bans automatically. All flags are reviewed by a human staff member before any moderation action is taken. If you believe a flag against your account is incorrect, open a support ticket.
05 Bans & Enforcement
Staff members (Admins, Match Admins) may issue bans for violations of these Terms. Bans may be temporary or permanent and may restrict access to match creation, the matchmaking queue, leaderboards, or the entire Service.
If you believe a ban was issued in error, you may appeal via the support ticket system. Provide your Steam ID, the reason for your appeal, and any relevant evidence. All ban decisions are at the sole discretion of Fragway Network staff.
We reserve the right to share ban records with other CS2 community platforms in cases of severe misconduct such as confirmed cheating.
06 Match Data & Demos
All match statistics, round data, and player performance data collected during matches are stored on our servers and may be displayed publicly on leaderboards and player profiles. By participating in matches, you consent to this data collection and display.
Match demos (recorded game files) are stored for a limited retention period as configured by the platform. Demos may be used by staff for anti-cheat investigations and match dispute resolution. They are accessible to Overwatch-level staff and above.
Players may set their profile to private to hide statistics from public view. Private profiles remain visible to staff for moderation purposes.
07 Availability & Uptime
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we make no guarantee of uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime, including match cancellations, ELO changes, or loss of access to demos.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fragway Network and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
This includes but is not limited to: loss of ELO or statistics due to technical errors, incorrect match outcomes, server failures, data loss, or unauthorised access to your account.
09 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also post a notice on the platform via the announcements system.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
