Servers, locations & what's coming next
We're live, and one of the first things people naturally want to know is where the servers are, how they're allocated, and what's coming down the line. Here's the full picture.
What's available right now
Two dedicated servers are currently online and ready to use:
- frankfurt #1 — eu central, Germany — powered by Fragnet
- london #1 — uk, United Kingdom — powered by Fragnet
Both servers allocate automatically when you queue up or create a match. For most of western and central Europe you're looking at sub-10ms ping. They're stable, tested, and handling everything right now.
What "testing phase" means
These two servers are carrying everything in the early weeks — queued matches, custom matches, and any events we run. The setup is solid, but we want to see how things hold up under real load before committing to expansion.
Think of it as a soft launch. Functional, live, and we're watching closely.
More servers and locations
This is where the community comes in. We don't want to spin up servers nobody asked for. If demand grows — more players, more simultaneous matches, more regions needed — we'll expand. But we'd rather hear from you directly than guess.
If you want a specific region added (Nordic, southern Europe, eastern Europe, middle east, or anywhere else) or you feel the current servers can't keep up with demand, there are two ways to let us know:
- open a support ticket — hit support in the top nav and submit a request. describe what you need and why. every ticket gets read.
- ping us on discord — fastest way to get a response. drop your suggestion in the relevant channel and the community can weigh in too.
Decisions get made based on actual demand. If enough people ask for a location, it gets prioritised.
Checking server status
The homepage always shows the current status of both servers — live ping, player count, and whether each server is idle or in use. If something looks wrong, open a ticket or flag it on discord and we'll look into it.
Two servers, both live, both tested. Growth happens when the community asks for it — and we're listening.
